Nos mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res sont produites le plus localement possible, nos malts sont issus de l&rsquo;agriculture biologique et nous ne distribuons qu&rsquo;en circuits courts.<\/p>\n<p>Nos bi\u00e8res, rafra\u00eechissantes et d\u00e9salt\u00e9rantes, font la part belle aux ar\u00f4mes des houblons que nous assemblons pour trouver le plus bel \u00e9quilibre, le n\u00f4tre : celui qui r\u00e9v\u00e9lera le chemin des saveurs et vous m\u00e8nera \u00e0 l&rsquo;ivresse des sommets.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a dans nos bi\u00e8res notre travail, notre passion et notre savoir-faire.
